Job Description:
Ensure that the company operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards and play a vital role in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and promote a culture of ethical conduct within the organization
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Oeko-tex, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough audits and assessments.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a cross- Functional team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum BBA/MBA/LLB or other relevant degree from accredited Institutes
- Relevant certifications will be considered as add plus
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience of Social Compliance in Textile/Garments Manufacturing
or related Industries.
